Before we start, here is the New York Magazine Daily Intel rundown of this week's Gossip Girl episode. Now for my own additions.
- Plus two for the scene at the beginning of the episode when Blair is showing Cyrus a scrapbook about the happenings of the previous few weeks. Of course Blair would document her life in such a way.
- Plus five for Dan's joke about how the tree doesn't really grow in Brooklyn :)
- Plus one for Darota needing time off because she is in love.
- Plus two for Lily finally acting like a mom (regardless of how pregnant she looks).
- Plus one for Cyrus standing up for Eleanor to his mother.
- Minus five for Rufus' decision to sell the art gallery and get a new profession because in a recession who goes looking for a new profession?
So I guess I didn't have all that much more to add. I do want to point out this: In the books the love triangle that is always present is between Serena, Blair and Nate, but it seems like the overarching love triangle in the show is between Blair, Nate and Chuck. Who do you think Blair belongs with?
