Former SNL star set to make Weekend Update appearances

According to this story, Amy Poehler is set to resume the co-anchor chair of Weekend Update when the Thursday specials begin airing Sept. 16. She has so far signed on for two episodes and will join co-star Seth Meyers as the anchor. I love these two together so this news is especially important to me. I didn't get on the Parks and Recreation bandwagon but am happy I will get to see Amy back in her comfort zone.
