Spoiler: Entourage - Things keep a changing

This week's episode was Turtle's birthday. The show started with his mother giving him a hard time about pictures in People magazine of him and Jamie, which leads to Turtle feeling like a loser. To celebrate Turtle's big day, Vince takes all the guys to the racetrack where they race, which actually also qualifies as practice for Vince for the movie he is filming. Vince then gives Turtle his present - a $240,000 Ferrari. Later in the show we find out that as a birthday present, Jamie also got Turtle a sports car. This further makes Turtle feel like a loser. He tells them he could buy himself a car and seems to be a bit too sad for his birthday. Turtle then goes to Ari for "career advice" and we find out Turtle is looking for investors for a business deal. On his 30th birthday, Turtle is realizing he needs to be more independent and live his own life. At the end of the episode we find out that Turtle plans to go back to school to further this attempt at independence.

In other happenings, E's client Charlie is fired from the show he created after a test group found the show funny but Charlie unlikeable. E decides to fight for Charlie and even claims it was racism that led to his dismissal, but it doesn't help. Charlie is still off the show but we got to see a new side of E, one where he fights for what he thinks is right.

(Side note: Doesn't the actress who plays Ashley look like she is 15 years old? She is very annoying. I was almost sad when E, at the end of the episode, admitted to Vince that he thinks he actually likes her. I want her off the show asap.)

Also, I just want to point out, that while the interaction between Ari and Lloyd while Ari is testing Lloyd's stamina is entertaining, it is almost too mean. Telling him not to smile? Almost too awful.
