Private Practice: "Bailey is here"

As a continuation of the Grey's episode that aired before it, Bailey is in LA to get a kidney for the patient who lost her chance when Izzie drained her body of potassium. And accompanying her arrival is drama. Here is a short recap of what happened on tonight's episode.

- On a personal note, when Bailey first arrives she dishes to Addison about what has been happening in Seattle and then goes on to talk about how there is no joy in her life and how she lives in a world where all the glasses are half empty. But back to the case she is working on. The patient wants to take a kidney from her sister, but then the doctors figure out that the sister is HIV positive, which makes the surgery illegal. But the patient says she would rather have AIDS than die, so Bailey decides she still wants to go through with the surgery. She gets Charlotte to OK it, and even Sam signs on to scrub in, so they do it.
- Violet is back at work, though I doubt she is ready to be. But she insists that her work is all she has so she needs to be there. When Sheldon visits to welcome her back, she tells him she gave the baby to Pete and he freaks since there is still a chance the baby is his. This is when Sheldon demands a paternity test. Violet consents, but Pete initially refuses. From there Violet wants Pete and Sheldon to work it out. Pete later tells Addison he considered taking the baby and moving to Mexico, but they both know he will do the right thing. In the end, they find out that Pete is the father.
- Noah's wife, Morgan, shows up at the practice and asks Addison if she slept with Noah. Addison tells her no, which is the truth, and Morgan leaves. The next day Morgan returns and she tells Addison talking to her made things worse because she thinks she could have gotten over them having sex but now she knows it was more - they were in love - and she does not think she can recover her marriage after that.
- Cooper is caring for a 16 year old boy who was born with no immune system and has to live in an enclosed, clean environment. There is a dance coming up and he wants to go so he can kiss his girlfriend. While working on this case, Cooper remembers how important a connection and talking is to a relationship and he hates that his relationship with Charlotte is once again all about sex. At the end of the episode he literally sweeps Charlotte off her feet and tells her she is moving in with him. He takes their relationship into his own hands and, acts so romantically, she cannot refuse.
- At the very end of the episode, we see Addison and Naomi reconcile so maybe now things will return to normal with them.
